Breakfast was just ok, could be better. Pool fantastic, very clean and warm. Enjoyed the pool bar. Room comfort was a delight!
Customer service was terrible; unfriendly check-in, wrong info, no answer on calls.

Our family had a blast kayaking and snorkeling at the enchanting waters surrounding Key West. Exploring Mallory Square's vibrant attractions, Duval Street's lively atmosphere, and wandering through the charming shops made our trip unforgettable.
My wife says that a dedicated kids' club would enhance the family experience.

Location was convenient, with short driving distance to various attractions, although we did not use the shuttle service provided. The property was nice and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
The pull-out bed was not what we expected, as it turned out to be two separate footstools on wheels instead. Additionally, the air conditioner made a loud and bothersome noise throughout the night.

So, we stayed at Fairfield recently and here's my take on it. The heating and air conditioning in the room worked pretty well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. They had basic tea and coffee facilities, which was nice for a quick pick, me, up in the mornings. The room also had a flat, screen TV, which was a good way to wind down after a long day of exploring. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The carpeted floor in our room had some noticeable stains, which was a bit off, putting. We called for room service a couple of times, but it took quite a while for them to respond, and the staff seemed a bit indifferent to our requests. On the plus side, there were free toiletries provided in the bathroom, which was a nice touch. The hotel offered laundry and dry cleaning services, which came in handy during our stay. We also took advantage of the shuttle service, but we found that it didn't run as frequently as we would have liked, which was a bit inconvenient.

we had a fantastic stay at Fairfield Inn. the hotel had ample parking, spacious rooms, and a super comfortable bed. the complimentary american breakfast was fresh and generous. the concierge staff was particularly kind and helpful, and there's a great restaurant just 600m away called Hurricane Hole. the shuttle service to the old town area was a wonderful feature, and the pool and guest area were excellent for relaxing with friends. we also enjoyed a fabulous recommendation for the Azur restaurant in the old town.

I loved the outdoor pool, exploring downtown, and the grab-and-go breakfast. Can't wait to go back for more fun and relaxation next time!
Because who doesn't enjoy a revolting breakfast and loud roosters at 3 am, right? .

We went kayaking and snorkeling, and it was lit! The hotel had a free shuttle to downtown, and we partied like there was no tomorrow. The rooms were hella clean, and the staff was chill and friendly.
We wished there was a cool rooftop bar at the hotel for some late-night vibes.
